The regulation allows that <strong>First-year undergraduate students, or those who have paid on their behalf, who have pre-enrolled in an institution of higher education and wish to transfer after knowing the results of their applications to universities that are part of the Higher Education Access System.<\/strong>, they may withdraw from such enrollment and request a refund of the money paid.\n\nThe law states that young people have <strong>a period of 10 business days to exercise the right of withdrawal from the date the first publication of the application results is completed<\/strong>.
