The platform has allowed <strong>reduce by almost 90%% citizen service times<\/strong>, in addition to contributing to energy efficiency and reducing paper consumption, in line with the sustainable development goals promoted by the State.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Platform Benefits<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>The Supervision Module centralizes and automates processes that were previously manual and highly bureaucratic.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:list --><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><!-- wp:list-item --><\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>More secure and efficient information management:<\/strong> \u201cNow everything is backed up on a single server, which allows information to be recovered in case of loss or errors. and the\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\">IT team<\/span>, comprising\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\">Eduardo Carvajal and Fernando Guasch<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>The module also meets the pillars of the\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\">Digital Transformation Law<\/span>, integrating\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\">Unique Key, advanced electronic signature, and digitalization of files<\/span>, moving towards the goal of \u201czero paper.\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFor six months, we worked consistently in weekly meetings to design this platform. Today, we can say that we have an automated, unified, and much more reliable system.
