Platform Benefits
The Supervision Module centralizes and automates processes that were previously manual and highly bureaucratic.

Previously, lawyers had to draft official letters that went through several stages of review and dispatch,” he explains. Eduardo Carvajal, IT Professional from SES.

- Drastic reduction in deadlines: “A request could take up to 60 days, generating numerous documents that were difficult to track. Today, that process is reduced to 5 or 6 days on average, provided the institution responds on time,” adds Carvajal.
- Greater reliability in records: “Handling complaints used to be done in Excel and separate records, with risks of errors, duplication, and inaccuracy. The new platform allows for the systematization and digitalization of information,” he recalls. Felipe Valenzuela, attorney for the Oversight Division.
